1. Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to request a full refund in the following cases:
- The service could not be executed correctly on your device, despite meeting compatibility requirements.
- A technical error on our end prevented service delivery within a reasonable timeframe (maximum 2 business hours).
- A duplicate charge was made for the same service.
2. Exclusions — No Refund
- Devices running unsupported iOS versions. Please verify compatibility before purchasing.
- After the 24-hour free trial has been used.
- Once the service has been successfully delivered.
- Errors made by the customer when entering data (incorrect SN, wrong email).
- Change of mind after service delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund
