Welcome to Magic Store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Description of Service
Magic Store provides the following digital services:
- Magic Activator Pro — a software tool (Windows/macOS) for bypassing the iCloud Activation Lock on compatible iPhone and iPad devices.
- Magic Invoice App — an automation tool for generating Apple Proof of Purchase (POP) templates.
- iCloud Removal by Invoice — a fully managed permanent FMI OFF removal service using Apple POP templates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accepting these terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Acceptable Use
Our services are intended solely for legitimate use: devices you own or for which you have explicit authorization from the owner. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the service on stolen or lost devices.
- Reselling or redistributing access to the software without written authorization.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the software.
- Using the service for any purpose illegal under applicable laws.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). We accept PayPal, Binance Pay / USDT TRC20, and Payoneer. Payments are processed immediately and are non-reversible once the service has been delivered.
5. 24-Hour Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial for Magic Activator Pro and Magic Invoice App. The trial is limited to one device per unique identifier. Use of the trial does not guarantee a subsequent refund if the device is incompatible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Magic Store is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, and content of Magic Store are the exclusive property of their authors. No part may be reproduced without express written authorization.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.
