1. Scope
These terms govern use of the site, customer accounts, and purchases of physical products, digital goods, firmware, software, licenses, tool activations, credits and technical services listed by Magic Store.
2. Account and accurate information
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for confirming the email, delivery address, model, part number, version, region and other order details.
3. Listings and compatibility
The applicable features, availability, timing and delivery method appear on each listing. Images may be illustrative. Review the compatibility guide and ask before paying whenever a requirement is unclear.
4. Orders and payments
An order may be reviewed, accepted, declined or canceled because of availability, pricing error, verification, fraud risk or inability to deliver. Account credits are an internal purchase method, not a bank account or investment.
5. Physical products
The buyer must provide a valid address. Shipping costs, taxes, customs, coverage, tracking and timing depend on the listing, destination and carrier. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable law and the stated delivery terms.
6. Digital goods and licenses
Files, codes and activations are delivered as stated and may have device, region, duration or manufacturer/provider restrictions. You may not resell, copy, alter or redistribute content without express authorization.
7. Technical services and authorized use
You may request work only for devices, accounts or materials you own or are validly authorized to service. Fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, malware, security-control evasion and unlawful content are prohibited. We may request reasonable evidence and decline a request.
8. Warranties and liability
We aim to describe and deliver every item correctly. Specific warranties appear on the listing or come from the manufacturer. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or incompatibility caused by incorrect buyer information.
9. Intellectual property
Trademarks, copy, designs, documentation and files belong to their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
